Holiday Inn Old Street
This project involved swapping out all three boilers and associated heaters, pumps and pipework whilst the hotel remained fully operational. We achieved this by installing a temporary boiler system external to the existing plantroom which allowed the continuation of the hotel’s hot water systems. The project was delivered on time and in budget.
