Goodmayes Hospital, Meadow Court Ilford

Meadow Court is located on the Goodmayes Hospital site and is currently served by Power, Heating and Water from the old hospital site and these services were removed, and new utility supple brought in from the public utility network.

Olympus working with NELFT arranged for connections to the electrical power, gas and water utilities. These applications were picked up by Olympus and progressed through to completion.

Major additional works and additional stripping out to the mechanical and electrical systems were required to complete the works followed by a complete fit out of the plantroom with new M&E plant.
